MAORI LAND COURT

Tukau Law has significant experience acting for parties in Maori Land Court proceedings. We have represented landowners, Trusts, Incorporations and other parties on a wide range of matters arising under Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.

NEGOTIATION AND SETTLEMENT

Tukau Law has broad experience advising and assisting hapu and iwi with the progression of their historic te Tiriti o Waitangi/Treaty of Waitangi claims via direct negotiation with the Crown.

MACA - TAKUTAI MOANA

Tukau Law acts for various applicants who have made High Court and direct Crown engagement applications under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011.
